Mikako Kouda is sixteen and already knows exactly what she wants: her own clothing label. So she studies high fashion at a famous art academy, sketching between classes, and Tsutomu Yamaguchi is always nearby. They grew up next door to each other. As kids they barely spoke. Now they fight about everything, which everyone around them reads as flirting. Mikako and Tsutomu just roll their eyes. Then Tsutomu's face changes. Or rather, people finally notice it looks like the frontman of the band Manbou, and suddenly girls are crowding him in the halls. He gets scouted, he gets attention, and Mikako watches it happen from the side. That's when the bickering starts to feel different. She can't name it. He can't either. Two friends, one shared dream and a growing mess of feelings neither of them planned for. What do you do when the person you've always known becomes someone you suddenly can't stop looking at?
