Chase Suno just wants to find his dad. He and his friends Jinja and Bren track Jeredy to his old lab, and what they walk into is a wreck: equipment thrown around, papers everywhere, nobody home. Then they spot it. A blue capsule, the thing Jeredy called Monsuno. That is when S.T.O.R.M. shows up. Soldiers, guns, the whole welcome wagon, asking nicely for the capsule. Chase says no and runs, and just like that he is a fugitive with a target on his back. The three of them stay on the move, still hunting for his father, because the man has to be somewhere. But S.T.O.R.M. is not the only one watching. Some other outfit wants that Monsuno too, and they are quieter about it. So who gets to Chase first: the army chasing him, or the strangers he has not even noticed yet?
