Naoya Mukai finally got the yes he had been begging for. Saki Saki, his childhood friend, agreed to date him, and he is not shy about it. He hugs her in the hallway, calls her his girlfriend in front of everyone, and watches her face turn red while their classmates stare. Then a quiet classmate named Nagisa Minase walks up and confesses. She had been in love with him since middle school and spent months working up the nerve. He turns her down politely. That should be the end of it. Except he cannot stop thinking about her, and Saki can see it written all over his face.
