Takahiro Matsui walks into Beiyu High with a face everyone stares at, and he only cares about one person there: Yuji Tsukamoto, the senior he quietly idolized back in junior high. Tsukamoto runs a business empire and swims like he was born in the water, and Matsui signs up for the swim team just to be near him. Then Tsukamoto pulls him aside and tells him about something that happened three years ago. A short story. A confession that isn't really a confession. Whatever Tsukamoto says, it ties Matsui to him in a way the younger boy never planned. Now the admiration is mixed up with something heavier, and Matsui has no idea if he's the one being pulled in or the one doing the pulling. So what exactly went down three years ago, and why does Tsukamoto need Matsui of all people to hear it?
