Ritsuka Tachibana has never broken a rule in her life. So when the student council calls her in, four good-looking guys staring her down, she figures it must be some mistake. Rem, Urie, Shiki, Mage. They ask their questions, but none of it adds up. They want something else from her. Then men in dark clothes drag her mother away, and Ritsuka's ordinary school days are gone. Vampires and devils are fighting over the Grimoire, a forbidden thing that lets whoever holds it rule everything, and somehow she is tied to it. Her brother Lindo comes home from England, and for a second it feels like things might go back to normal. Except he is hiding something too. Now she cannot tell who is lying, and the four boys from that council room keep getting closer, and she keeps letting them. Who can she actually trust, and how much of herself is she willing to give to the devils who want her soul?
