Astro Note
Takumi shows up at Astro Lodge expecting a fancy restaurant and a shot at running its kitchen. What he gets is a creaky old boarding house full of oddballs. He cooks anyway, and the food wins them over instantly. Mira, the landlady, is the happiest of all: one bite and she's smitten. Takumi, meanwhile, falls for her. So he takes the job, moves into Room 5, and starts making breakfast every morning. Then the cracks show. Mira can't work a rice cooker. She stares at a smartphone like it's a magic rock. Japanese food baffles her completely. And some nights, a voice drifts out of her room, low and unfamiliar. Takumi has no clue she landed on Earth not long ago, a visitor from another planet with a secret mission on her shoulders. He just wants to know why the woman he loves keeps getting everything so wonderfully wrong. How long can a secret like that stay locked behind one door?
