Akari still isn't a full-fledged Prima Undine yet. She rows her gondola through Neo Venezia every day, practicing turns and learning the canals, and her friends Aika and Alice are right there beside her. The three of them work for rival tour companies, which should make things awkward. It doesn't. They hang out constantly anyway, swapping tips about customers and trading stories about the strange corners of the city. Then there's the other side of Neo Venezia. The place looks calm on the surface, but odd things keep happening around these girls: a chance meeting with someone they'll never forget, a small moment that turns into something they can't explain. Akari doesn't chase those moments. They just find her, one ordinary day at a time, and every one of them pulls her a little deeper into what this city really is. So what exactly is Neo Venezia hiding behind all that warm water and soft light, and why does it seem to open up only for a girl who never stops being amazed by it?
