A careless mistake up in the heavens, and Takumi Kayano is dead at twenty-eight. The god of wind apologizes, shrugs, and offers the only option left: a new life in the world of Etelldia. Fine. Except the deity rushes the job and drops him straight into the Forest of Gaia, where high-level monsters roam and a soft human body should not last the night. Then Takumi hears something in the brush. Twin five-year-olds. Alone out there, still breathing, and strong enough to survive what should have killed them long ago. He names them Allen and Elena and takes them along, and that is how a dead salaryman with magical powers and a bottomless bag becomes an adventurer with two kids in tow. Their little family starts drawing attention, and not the harmless kind. Something about these three may decide what happens to this whole world. Can a man who never planned on being a father keep two impossible children safe when the danger is bigger than any of them?
