Kazuya just wanted a normal school life. Then a beautiful tsukumogami named Kiriha walked into it, and normal went out the window. Turns out he is a Taboo Child, the kind of person supernatural trouble sticks to like glue, and the local goddess Kukuri has a job for him: become an exorcist and fight the things that go bump in the night. So much for homework. To dig up intel on these spirits, he and his friends start a counselor's club at school. Sounds harmless. Students come in with their small problems, and Kazuya listens, helps, moves on. Except the small problems keep pointing at something much bigger, a plot aimed straight at Kukuri herself. And Kiriha is not the only girl suddenly orbiting him. More keep showing up, drawn into the mess. Now he is juggling spirits, school, and a growing crowd of girls who all want a piece of his attention, while whatever is hunting Kukuri gets closer by the day. Can a guy who attracts monsters really protect the goddess who ordered him to fight them?
