You steps out her front door and the street is gone. Just like that, some other place swallows her whole, and standing there in the middle of it is an eight year old boy with no clothes on. Before she can even ask what is happening, an assassin bursts in, chasing the kid, and this assassin is also a half naked child. Then the attacker summons a clothing spirit, which is exactly as dangerous as it sounds. You loses a shoe while running. The shoe gets up and fights for her. That is the moment things stop making any sense, because now she has a warrior made of footwear and no clue what she has walked into. Who are these naked kids, where did the eight year old come from, and what kind of world lets a lost shoe turn into a bodyguard?
