In 1600, on a foggy field near Sekigahara, two swordsmen went at each other with everything they had. One was Kyoushirou Mibu, heir to the strange powers of the Mibu clan. The other was Kyou, the man with blood red hair and eyes, a killer who had cut down a thousand people. Then the sky fell on them. A meteor slammed into the battlefield, and both men simply vanished. Four years later, a bounty hunter named Yuya Shiina spots Kyoushirou on a country road. He is not a warrior anymore. He is a broke medicine peddler with a filthy mind and a stack of unpaid bills, and he forgot his sword skills a long time ago. Easy money, or so she thinks, until a monster shows up wanting to eat him. That is when something stirs inside the peddler's body. Kyou is still in there, and he has been waiting. Now Yuya is stuck dragging around two men in one skin, and plenty of people already know exactly who is hiding in that scrawny pharmacist. What happens when Kyou finally decides to show them all why they call him Demon Eyes?
