On Terra-2, a colony where the original settlers were all men, women were built instead of born. Centuries later, in the state of Romana, young Junior spends his days with Cherry and Lime, two marionettes with "girl circuits" who serve as his battle sabers and his closest friends. Life is quiet. Almost boring. Then Star-Face arrives. Junior's own older brother, power-hungry and mean to the bone, storms Romana with his squad of sexadolls to seize the throne. To become High Official he needs one thing first: Junior dead. Cherry and Lime are the only ones standing between the usurper and a brother's murder, and they are not about to let that happen. The fight spills across all of Romana, pitting three marionettes with hearts against an army bred for obedience. Can a pair of battle sabers with girl circuits really hold the line against a brother who wants the crown more than he wants family?
