Yoshihito is twenty three, broke, and single. His brilliant plan to stay afloat is renting out a room in his house. Easy money, right up until he starts the tour. A vampire named Vivian crashes through the door and goes straight for his first tenant, Lily. Then Lily's eyes glow and her body changes. She's a werewolf. The vampire who just attacked her now wants to rent a room too. Yoshihito just stands there while two monsters argue over his spare bedroom. He barely has time to process any of it before a bigger offer lands in his lap. The Bureau of Space and Time Management, an organization that keeps order between parallel universes, wants him on the payroll. The job? Basically the same thing he was already doing. Landlord. Only now his tenants come from other worlds, and every new arrival brings sharper teeth and stranger rules. Which creature knocks on his door next, and who's going to cover the damage?
