The Moon Festival hits Tootsuki Academy and the whole campus turns into a giant food market. Stalls everywhere, students fighting over every last customer, and Souma Yukihira finally gets his shot at the Elite Ten, the council that runs the school. He walks right up and challenges them to a cooking duel. They laugh him off. Of course they do. Then Terunori Kuga, the eighth seat, speaks up. Fine, he says, but there's a catch: beat him at the festival first, and that means outselling him. Souma agrees on the spot, no hesitation. Now he and Megumi have to cook up a plan that can actually win, while somewhere behind the scenes something much uglier is moving. Someone wants this festival to blow up in ways nobody expects, and it could take the whole academy down with it. Souma wants a seat on the Elite Ten. Kuga wants to crush him. And whoever is pulling strings in the dark? They want Tootsuki itself. So what happens when the kid who never backs down is the only one standing between the school and the people trying to tear it apart?
