Watanuki just wants the spirits gone. That's the whole deal. He scrubs floors and runs errands for Yuuko, the shop owner who says she can grant any wish, as long as you pay what it's worth. His payment? Hard labor, and it's nowhere near finished. Then the chores stop being simple. A spider lady with bad intentions circles closer. Himawari's bright smile hides something she isn't saying. Doumeki, the guy who barely talks, is guarding a secret of his own. And Watanuki keeps losing chunks of time, whole days slipping out of his head. Yuuko might be the only one who can tell him which side of the dream he's actually standing on. But if he can't learn to let people help him, the damage won't stop with him. What happens when the person who needs saving refuses to reach out?
