Episode 5 · Crying Freeman

Crying Freeman

Yo Hinomura spent his days at the wheel, shaping clay into bowls and vases. A quiet life, steady hands. Then he crossed paths with the Chinese mafia, and the potter was gone. Now he kills for the 108 Dragons. Every contract, every target, and after each one he weeps. Not from guilt exactly. More like something human that refuses to switch off. Word of the crying hitman spread through every syndicate on the planet, which is a strange thing to be famous for. The Dragons own him, body and craft, and he does what they say. But a man who cries over the people he murders is still a man somewhere in there. Can Yo ever walk away from the killers who made him, or is the potter buried for good?
