Tokyo, 2034. Cash is gone. Ever since the electronic money system rolled out nationwide in 2029, nobody carries bills anymore, and some unknown person behind the scenes decides what your wallet can do. The only question that matters now is how much you get to spend this month, and whether you can stay under that number. Meanwhile, in the middle of all this, life goes on at school, and it gets pretty funny. So who exactly is pulling the strings of everyone's allowance?
