Battle Programmer Shirase
Akira Shirase writes code for free. Payment never enters the conversation. What gets him to sit down at a keyboard is something only a fellow hacker would understand, and honestly, his manners don't fit the jobs people hand him. He's a genius with a bad attitude and no interest in your money. Then the King of America starts poking at the internet. Every stunt he pulls gets nastier and stranger than the last, and Shirase keeps getting dragged into the mess. Each job drops new faces into his life: clients, rivals, people who want his skills for reasons he doesn't bother asking about. He grumbles, he codes, and somehow the whole thing turns into a comedy. The man can crack almost anything. The question is why he keeps answering when the King comes calling again.
