Episode 1 · Baki Hanma

Baki Hanma

A giant African elephant gets torn apart, and the only guy who walked away from its rampage tells the cameras it was one unarmed man. That man is Yuujirou Hanma, the Ogre, the strongest creature alive. Meanwhile his eighteen year old son Baki is in a backyard trading blows with a praying mantis. Baki wants his father dead. To get there he needs a real fight first, so he does something insane: he grabs the President of the United States and gets himself locked inside Arizona State Prison, where Oliva Biscuit sits in a cell. Biscuit is the strongest man in America, and the guards let him stroll outside whenever he feels like it. Baki challenges him. Biscuit blows him off, busy with Jun Guevaru, the only other inmate who gets the same royal treatment. So Baki waits in the heat and the filth, studying the men around him, taking whatever the place throws at him. Will the strongest man in the country ever bother to look his way?
