Dongfang Xianyun wakes up as the head disciple of the Care-free sect, which sounds great until you realize he has no idea what he's doing. His juniors watch him mutter about flags and storylines and NPCs, and to them he's just the weird senior who can't teach a single stance. They have no clue he died once already and got dropped into ancient China with one goal: stay off the radar. Then it hits him. Somewhere out there is the protagonist, the guy whose story ends with everyone around him dead. Xianyun's whole survival plan is to act like background scenery, avoid every death flag, and never, ever get close to the plot. Too bad he can't figure out who the main character even is. So now he dodges, lies, and scrambles while his sect siblings drag him into every fight and disaster anyway, and the one person he should be avoiding might be standing right next to him. How long can a guy play extra before the story notices him?
