Sakurako is just trying to get through another semester of university when a creature that looks like a cat but definitely is not one shows up in her life. MuuMuu came from a galaxy far away, and he has a very specific mission on Earth: study how humans build their home appliances. His own species lost that knowledge somewhere along the way, and he needs to bring it back. Here is the problem. MuuMuu has no idea how anything in a normal apartment works, and Sakurako suddenly has a roommate who treats a rice cooker like a sacred artifact. Living together turns every ordinary day into something loud and strange, with gadgets everywhere and a cat-shaped alien asking questions no one can answer. Sakurako wanted a quiet student life. Instead she is stuck explaining why the washing machine spins, why the fridge hums, and why none of this should be happening to her. Somewhere in all the chaos, the two of them start to click in a way neither expected. But if MuuMuu finishes his research and learns everything he came for, what happens to the two of them then?
