A year and three months after the mess at the end of season one, a new mansion opens its doors. Meet Alois Trancy, the boy who owns it. Pretty face, cruel streak. He was taken from his family as a child and put to work like an animal in some village, and in one stroke he lost his parents, his friends, everyone he had ever known. Then he came back. Head of the Trancy house now, and nothing like the kid he used to be. Here is the strange part. He did not come back alone. People around the estate whisper that Alois is lying about who he is, and honestly, they have a point. The halls are thick with secrets, and Claude is right in the middle of all of them. What is he, really, and why is he tied to this boy? Then hell itself shows up at the front door, and the bond between master and butler gets put to the test. Alois wants something from Claude. Claude wants something too, and he is not saying what. When a butler never flinches and a master never tells the whole truth, who is actually holding the leash?
