Kamome Academy has a ghost problem, and the ghost is the one solving it. Hanako-kun haunts the girls' bathroom, keeps the spirits in line, and drags first-year Nene Yashiro along as his assistant. She signed up for this. Sort of. Between the two of them, the living and the dead mostly stay out of each other's way. Then the school bell rings, and none of that matters anymore. No exorcisms, no curses, no desperate last-minute saves. Just a dead boy and a nervous human girl with a whole afternoon to kill. Hanako kicks back. Nene panics over something small. The other spirits wander in and make everything weirder. This is where the real chaos lives. Not in the big battles, but in the empty hours after class, when a 50-year-old ghost and a teenager have nothing better to do than annoy each other and everyone nearby. So what exactly does a supernatural peacekeeper do with his free time?
